Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of comequest.co and the ComeQuest iOS application (together, the "Service"), which are operated by COMEQUEST TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. (UEN 202615367G) ("ComeQuest", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your credentials secure, and to remain responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The marketplace

ComeQuest is a platform that connects people requesting services ("Requestors") with individuals offering services ("Providers"). ComeQuest is not a party to any agreement formed between users. While we may verify limited identity or credential information about Providers, we do not provide the underlying services, guarantee the suitability of any user, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any interaction.

4. User conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights.
  • Post or transmit content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems.

5. Content you provide

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant ComeQuest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Fees and payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment. Applicable fees and payment terms will be disclosed to you before you incur any charge. Unless required by law or by the platform through which you purchased the Service (for example, the Apple App Store), fees are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will ComeQuest or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or that termination is necessary to protect the Service or its users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
